Hey guys,

I installed 2 instances of GTA SA.

The first one is version 1.0.0 (for playing SA:MP), the second one is version 1.0.1 (for playing in 1080p).

I have saved both game files in different folders.

Now the problem is whenever I start another version all the settings are reset. So if I set the resolution to max. in version 1.0.0 it sets the resolution in 1.0.1 back to 800x600x32.

Same happens with controls, audio settings, etc.. Pretty much everything I have set before is being changed as soon as I start another version of GTA SA.

Is there any way to tell one of the versions to save the settings in another file or directory? (e.g. "gta_sa2.set"  instead of "gta_sa.set")

Thank you for your help! :)

To my knowledge, that is the gta_sa.set file. by adding (1) or (2) to the name.

Try changing the name of that file, and change it back before you run the game of that setting.

So I can't tell GTA SA to use another gta_sa.set file? I don't want to rename it everytime.

The first version should use gta_sa.set and the second version should use gta_sa2.set.
