I just installed GTA 4 (its a cracked version) for some nostalgic fun and it worked and all but then I installed a few mods a first-person mod and a car mod which I uninstalled later  the problem is when I launch the game  the cmd opens up and nothing happens the social club launcher doesn't pop up nor does the game open I have tried various methods which include copying and pasting these files called "xlive.dll" and "xlive_d.dll" and patching the game I've even tried replacing the vehicles img with the original one but none seem to work 

 

if anyone has any solutions please let me know

GTA IV doesn't use social club, so I don't think that'd be an issue. 

 

All I can suggest is getting rid of your mods or installing fresh to try get it going again. Or try running it in Win 7 Compatibility mode.

I have tried both of them but still, the black cmd thingy pops up but yet it does not open the launcher
