Description:

By comparing the Consoles and PC versions of this game, can be noticed a lot of differences, some of them are the missing and/or completely different User Interface.

From the main menu to the HUD, The PS2 and Xbox versions have some little features that the PC version somehow misses. 

This plugin aims to bring a most accurate version of the PS2/Xbox User Interface to PC with some little improvements and Widescreen Support.

 

 

Compatible with:

GTA SA 1.0 (all versions)

 

 

Features:

PS2/Xbox Menu.

PS2/Xbox Trip skip.

Multi5 lang Support.

Widescreen Support.

Are there any conflicts with TAG's Widescreen fix?

A external widescreen plugin is not required. Using it will take no effects, but there will be a setting file to choose between both fixes.

They probably do not have visual appeal, but if it can be adapted for PC, I'd love to see it. Giving closer to the console version, added to all the previous works.

Then it would not make sense all the work that has been done, trying to bring what was removed from these versions.

It's not to contradict you, friend, it's just an opinion.

I agree, the Xbox menu in both games sucks. Especially when you are comparing it against VC's PS2 menu. GTA3 PS2 menu isn't so nice though.

Well, you can say that the GTA SA PS2 textures look awful and stupid for their lowres, yet people wanted it

Just because you don't like something, doesn't mean no one else does.

 

I would like to see III/VC Console menus for one

Rewind to 2013...

  • Modify the main script by taking advantage of the last listed commands to align 2D stuff drawn by the script (i.e. minigames sprites should be aligned according to the screen centre), possibly with a save converter.

The options text (bottom lines) not taken from gxt, isn't it?
Also loading/health/armor bars became giant for some reason. I've set bWidescreenSupport to 0
