If you're in the states, order from AMD US Website or check on eBay or Amazon maybe, depending on whats popular nearby.

//edit: well, there seems there was a piece of software of the same name, but it doesn't seem like it's still supported - it's not available on AMD website.

So it's no longer available? Ok. Thanks for clearing that up. Do you know of any other programs that do the same job? I.E. ending background processes that may use up performance that would otherwise be used in games.
