Of course! the game has everything, you just need to know where to look, it actually uses model from the game starting vest, so it lacks the actual form of the shirt's neck, but i ain't a modeler i wasn't even going to release this, anyway i'm talking too much, glad you liked it!

Yup. I've noticed you used CJ's default torso model for the new shirt model. It makes sense from the style perspective as well cause it really looks like a bunch of shirts that come with the actual game.

 

Watch some 3dsmax gta tutorials. Nothing is hard or difficult once you know how to do it!
