Franklin Voice Bug

I was playing GTA V as Franklin when I got disconnected from X Box Live. Suddenly, Franklin's voice changed into this deep, weird voice, that I haven't heard before, and when I talked to an NPC he always called them a socialist.It was like this, but a different voice. I think its pretty rare, since I couldn't find much when I looked it up.

Somehow his voice got mixed up with a random pedestrian's. Are you playing on PC?

The footage is in 60 FPS, that's not Xbox One.

 

You probably just found an one-off bug. Reloading should solve it.

then why the hell would OP say about xbox live, he most likely enhanced footage with video editor, many do it.
