This mod contain only textures files, is still in beta version and need a lot of work, but... i'll try to give u the link to download this... ASAP!

Looks good, but i think you need to mipmap the textures, and a question here, you will remap the textures too?

Looks good, but i think you need to mipmap the textures, and a question here, you will remap the textures too?

GTA III-Era games dont use mimaps as far as i know.

 

On topic: It looks bad honestly. The textures fit and look in place... 

The sand looks over-scaled, while grass looks low res compared to some walls. Also that white building texture used on the hospital burn my eyes... waaay too bright.

 

it just looks awful for some reason. maybe its because ive never been a fan of HD textures on old games...

Yes it uses, it can be applied with magic.txd

UV mapping is way off in some textures giving visible seams with their neighbouring textures, apply mipmaps to your textures and use some anti-aliasing (fxaa at least) since those jaggies burn my eyes out >.>
