I stop playing GTA online since 2 years ago, the recent update makes me want to play with my friends again.

without buying any shark cards, what's the best way to make money with friends and solo

CEO vs Bikers vs Smugglers vs Gunrunning vs importing & exporting vs Heist (only pacific finale)

how would you rate these

thanks a lot !

Import/Export

Specifically High End cars. You'll make the easiest money you'll ever make! And the pay is SO amazing during the very rare events that pay double.

It's expensive to set up but if you have Cocaine/Meth (or both) and Bunker producing in background while doing I/E you will bring in a good chunk of money. With friends, it will be easy and quick to resupply these businesses. Do-able solo but takes longer.

I/E is do-able solo and is quick, easy and fun. Doesn't require other players, just has wait times between sales which you can do VIP jobs in that time to boost income.

Stay away from Smugglers. Get the Hangar for storage/customisation of aircraft but stay far away from that computer.

Import/Export and CEO/VIP work is the best solo wise. It won't put a major dent into your wallet. And gradually move up if you can handle the grind.

The best money makers are Crates and Bunkers but they take too long to fill up. Once you fill up your crate warehouse, assuming it's the large warehouse, you'll never want to do it again. And also you have to put money into them to get the most out of it.

A more affordable way to earn money is import/export and coke and meth, I forgot the numbers but you will spend less than 5 million on them and will see the return quickly compared to Bunkers and the recently added Hangers.

Edit: or you can wait for a new money glitch.

I/E
VIP work (headhunter mostly)
Passive Bunker sales

You should be pulling in about 400k in profit on an average hour and 500-600k in any hour you get to run your bunker sales. Coke is not worth the effort as the passive profit from buying your product at 75k is about 50k. Subtract fees for operating and it's even less. The delivery missions are also time consuming and the chances of getting the garbage or box trucks is pretty high.... None of the "businesses" are worth supplying for free.

Thanks all the comments guys!

Seems the best way to make money with friends is still repeatedly doing pacific Heist glitch (finale only)

Solo goes to CEO + I/E + passive drug and bunker sales

Gunrunning (if you sell with full public lobby is an extra 50-60k profit)

I/E

The double $$/rp mode of the week is great money too...75k for 20min game, plus 11.5k rp

Mix that up with some vip work and hunting down bounties....easily can make 300k an hour

I/E with a Bunker on the side along with Headhunter.

I/E will take some time to properly set up, though. 32 cars take time to source. But once you're done you're good to go.

- Buy a Buzzard as soon as you can

- Take advantage of 2x bonus on weekly activities, do heists if you have three other friends, complete San Andreas Flight School, stuff like that

- Once you have nearly 2,5 millions buy the cheapest office (1 mil) and the cheapest vehicle warehouse (1,5 mil), which is also in a strategic position when it comes to steal cars

- Sell ONLY high-end cars, keep the low and mid-range vehicles in the warehouse; when you'll have 10 low and 10 mid-range cars in the warehouse, you'll only spot high- end cars that you can sell for a net 80k profit

- Selling a vehicle solo has a 20 minutes cool-down time; in the meantime, steal another vehicle and run Headhunter with your Buzzard to earn 20k in just a few minutes.

- Repeat

- Once you have almost 1,5 millions left, buy a bunker (I strongly recommend the Chumash or the Lago Zancudo one, just for the strategic position) and focus on production instead of research

- If you have a lot of money left, buy supplies instead of stealing them and keep on repeating the aforementioned I/E process, so the supplies will turn into weapons ready to be sold while you earn money

- Sell the weapons

- Buy the equipment and staff upgrade as soon as you can; this will let you earn more money faster.

Actually, you can buy the bunker first and then focus on I/E like I did. It depends on how you want to earn money.
Bunker is passive, meaning you can earn money while doing other things.

I/E is active, meaning you have to steal and sell cars to earn money.

You decide. Eather way, combining these two businesses will allow you to earn several hundred thousand $ in just a couple of hour of playing.

Gunrunning (if you sell with full public lobby is an extra 50-60k profit)

I once gained an extra 90k, I think it's not a fix bonus but it's about a percentage (like 1% for each player in the lobby or something like that).

Great post btw....

The buzzard is a game changer...makes getting around the map soooooo much quicker and more efficiently.

Through mostly the same way as mentioned above, i have made many a millions... bought nightshark, hydra, oppressor, just got molotok with all the upgrades....but i still come back to the buzzard to getting around

Ive been wondering about the formula for GR 'high demand' bonus....its great. If someone is about to destroy the supplies...reset, lose 7k...but thats rare. Its funny how i used to avoid crowded lobbies while selling, now i prefer 25+

You know it! I have a Hydra too and it's better for long-distance travels, but somehow I end up using the Buzzard often.

As for the sales, me too. I started avoiding crowded lobbies, now I take the risk and go for them, possibly full and wait for my friend to help me selling the goods. Last time I had 420k, sold in Los Santos for 630k, ended up getting nearly 720k. Plus, it was the double-Insurgert delivery with the signal disturber

I did that one with one Associate(but with only one Insurgent), It was probably the funniest delivery I did, I escorted my Associate with my Savage, some randoms tried to find me at the the 5th drop off.

If you fly low you're off radar as well, just like during Executive Search, if you take altitude, your blip is revealed(arrow switching to red), it means you can hide behind buildings and nuke randoms who get in the area.

Obviously it only works against human pedestrians, a random flying a Molotok or a jet will spot your helico easily even with the off radar bonus.

solo + invite only lobby = spam VIP works + contact mission

solo + public solo lobby  = I/E + bunker + biker business

with friend = pacific standard heist

I/E is king especially when you bought cargobob, so you can minimize the damage when delivering/ exporting

for bunker business i prefer buy supplies than steal, wait around 2 hours++ and it produces around 20 weapons that can be sold solo for 210k (fully upgraded staff and equipment)

you can also buy biker business (coke only because it profitable). Same like bunker, buy supply for 75k then sell it. It produces 1,5-2 bars of coke and guarantees 1-2 vehicles. Just be careful not to get trash truck or post op boxville

CEO special cargo also good but you need to sell full large warehouse (111 crates) to get max profit. in this case you need to spend 222k-666k to gain around 1.554k-1.998k, always buy 3 crates when sourcing

simply avoid the air freight business if you play solo. it is not solo friendly unless you aim for trade price (42 steal missions)

so bunker production is better than coke business?

Question for me:

I often play as lone wolf in a empty public lobby, mostly as a CEO doing I/E.

Parallely I had the biker coke business running, to prevent the daily 9000 dollars, I just join bikers for supplyling/selling.

Now my question:

When I supply my bunker as a BIKER, then go CEO and do I/E, will I have to pay the daily bunker costs 9000 dollars, while being CEO?

Specifically High End cars. You'll make the easiest money you'll ever make! And the pay is SO amazing during the very rare events that pay double.

Add to that if you fill the warehouse with standard & medium cars but don't sell them at about 80% full every car you get from the source mission will now be high end a possible $80,000 every 20 minutes & plenty of time to get another & fit in some CEO work while you wait.

and make sure not to have any car twice in your garage. its the 10-10-12 rule.

you have to own 10 standard class vehicles, 10 middle class vehicles and at least 12 upperclass vehicles.
