VRTP (Vice City Retexture Project) is a mod that aims to retexturize the game completely with new high/medium resolution textures. The first version was released in March of 2017, and was redone because I thought the quality was not very good. Now i can grant you, the quality is better now!

Too bad that the mean taxi is leftover from gta3. PS2 VC has unique texture.

no problem with bumps if you have made some progress (but dont bump every five minutes :D )

TYhe only thing I'll say is, try and use the same fonts and colours, otherwise it just looks like a cheap attempt, go to a font database, use websites like whatsthefont, etc, to try and match the closest font possible.

Rockstar's fault....so someone from rockstar just took the texture of the building and stretched it to not appear the windows, a little lazy work, well, if someone  help me remapping this building I would appreciate.
