Hello guys, after a few months without playing due to the studies and a bit of unwillingness, I decided to continue with the project, in this time I improved my skills in PS, and learned several things.
 
VRTP (Vice City Retexture Project) is a mod that started when I realized that there were few (or none) mods that retexturized the game completely, and so I started to retexturize, the mod began to be developed in March of this year and throughout it was receiving small or large updates, but over time I found that the quality was not good and I decided to restart the mod, trying to do the retexturization with a higher quality than the previous mod. The mod name (VRT) was changed after I discovered that there was already a mod with that name.
 
Over time I will post more updates on this post.

Too bad that the mean taxi is leftover from gta3. PS2 VC has unique texture.

no problem with bumps if you have made some progress (but dont bump every five minutes :D )

Looks good, although the telephone number could be thick

Couldn't u use same font but make it thick (or bold should be correct word, sorry)

TYhe only thing I'll say is, try and use the same fonts and colours, otherwise it just looks like a cheap attempt, go to a font database, use websites like whatsthefont, etc, to try and match the closest font possible.

Rockstar's fault....so someone from rockstar just took the texture of the building and stretched it to not appear the windows, a little lazy work, well, if someone  help me remapping this building I would appreciate.

Yeah, i think that gta iv/v billboards doesn't combine too much with GTA VC's Style.

It looks even better if someone could fix some of the terrible texture mapping though.
Any estimate % on how much is done (or another way to make progress visible)?
