Daddy's Samsung Smart TV strangely seems to turn off every 4 hours. Help?

Sounds like a PSU issue but don't quote me on that.

Edit: Since it's a smart TV it could be a software/firmware issue. Does it still have warranty?

Check in the settings that it's not set to turn off every 4 hours. I know I can set my my TV to turn off after whenever I chose so when I fall asleep, it always turns off.

Sounds dumb, but this is the most likely cause haha.
Like when the tech guy asks if you've tried turning it off and on again.

If it turns off every 4 hours on the dot then that's likely the cause. If it's a rough estimate a PSU issue could cause that. I had an old ass monitor that did that and it eventually switched off entirely.

I have a Samsung Smart TV and it used to turn off itself due to inactivity because once my TV is turned on the remote isn't touched again as we use the cable box remote.

You can turn this off in the menu settings
