Start:
Is your Colour palette 16 or 32? It should be 32.
What game version did you Buy? DVD or STEAM Download?
What is your Operating System?
Are ANY modifications applied to the Game?

Run the game in Windows XP Compatibility mode. Car colors are glitched on Windows 7.

Options In Game Settings > Video > Screen Resolution Settings: ####x#### 32 or 16.
Is your game a DVD install or a STEAM Registered Download? OR Mobile
Version 1, 2, or 3. OR Mobile v.
Have ANY modifications been made to the Game?

Your avoidance to answer is noted.
IF you have a Pirated Game it likely there is no Fix to be found here.
IF your game had modifications (Mods) it is more likely you will find help in the Modding Forums. This section is for Vanilla (unmodded games).
