[C++] Increasing Entity Streaming Limits

Has anyone managed to actually increase the dynamic entity streaming limits? Seems like 16,000 meters is the max draw distance for any entity that's not static, or doesn't have SLOD (i.e. it's in a ymap). Would be a great little feature to have in my mod, since I rely heavily on large distances for scripted props.
