Brief History

The IMG Factory project started a few years ago by Mex and X-Seti.

After Mex lost a lot of source code in 2016, the project is now back into development (2017), with code backups occurring daily on GitHub.

That impressed me, but at the same time, it makes me sad. Because, i stopped playing GTA SA and GTA SA modding.

There is nothing wrong with modding SA or VC again.. There needs to be a modding SA/VC revival and see who can create the coolest mods for a game of that era, after all this is what the core of modding is all about.

 

I plan to rewrite the old hacks and bring something new to SOL VC/SA engines, I will be back soon too and it's very cool MexUK is back on the job.

IMGF may support GTA V modding in the future.

 

The latest github for IMGF is here: https://github.com/MexUK/IMGF

You won't be able to compile it because there are 3 github repos that are private which the IMGF repo depends on.

 

There is an old repo for IMGF here: https://github.com/M...Old-IMGF-Issues

But that will eventually be removed when the todo list on there is complete.
