I mean seriously, R* did in MCLA, so why not do it in GTA IV?

I know MCLA was released after GTA IV, but surely it didn't take months for them to be able to make the butterflies move.

Because Rockstar's logic.

They did working butterflies with the Phoenix in GTA Vice City, but not for the ricer Dukes in GTA IV.

EXACTLY!

Who the hell decided "You know what, we know how to make butterflies on intakes move, should we add that feature to IV for extra realism? nah nah screw that."

Like WTF? They had the ability to, and the intake in MCLA looks so dope, I know, I have it on my 69 Camaro.
