hi I have an problem with GTAIV.

every time I try downgrading gta iv from patch 1.0.8.0 to patch 1.0.7.0  the game becomes very pixelated and when I try to turn the graphics up the forces it back down to low on everything.

if anyone knows how to fix this problem or a esier downgrade gtaiv pls leave a comment

thank you

Do you have a commandline or something?

If you downgraded GTAIV or GTAIVEFLC you probably have a problem with your graphics. that they don't turn up the are all set to low

How to fix

1. Make a notepad file and name it commandline
2. Open the notepad file and type the following or copy and past
-nomemrestrict -norestrictions

If this doesn't work rename the notepad file to commandline.txt
