i want to make 3D text on player like name on head it should move z angle with player not like other text that always face on screen please help me thanks in advance... i need it for single player.......God Bless

I don't think I can help you, but I also don't understand what you want from the way you describe it. Please explain. This may bring more users that know how to help you

My only idea is to create a new (text) model and add object to the game.
Someone will know how to add new object to SA, but this looks like a not very clever idea to me.

Nice idea kosticn/david, i may use this in a TC i'm working on.... (i cannot offer any alternate way to implement it other than kosticn's method so i will probably use that)
A more "correct" method pobably requires some custom memory modifying stuff to force specific text to float at the correct 3d rotation/location etc, that's out of my abilities.

obviously, the "right way" is to use directx for rendering text to texture and rendering simple quad mesh, or what ever, with this texture. I dont think there is brave enough people to do stuff like this in a script

It will be only possible using Direct3D/RenderWare API because will be needed draw a "3D text" what's not easier like draw a "2D text". To use Direct3D API, I believe it will not be viable by CLEO. To create a simple 3D text are needed create a font sprite (from open/true type font), have the correct handle of interface, etc... DirectX is low level API and does disencourages its own usage. Any simple thing can be turned complex just by use DirectX API.
There is still the possibility of transforming a 2D text in order to deceive the one who sees. By transforming the position and scale of the text, it simulate an angle effect, but would be incomplete by the absence of rotation. It needs a very hard calculation code.

Yes its true Veryzon but i have some script that can help us it has some count down number that is attached to traffic lights and when you see it from left or right looks realistic it doesn't move like other text it stay same straight

That mod do not draw a 3D text, it draw a particle. It's possible attach a particle to anothers entities because it's also placeable in 3D world. The logic to draw a 3D text is exactly the same used by that mod, wich uses the particle texture as font sprite.
