Mafia II Textures for GTA San Andreas (Only San Fierro)

 

 

 

Hi everyone!

First, this mod is under development very early, so be nice and quiet.

Just like the title says "Mafia II textures for Gta Sa" I'm making the roads and others, but my plan is to replace all the textures ONLY IN SAN FIERRO, so enjoy, the download link will be when I finish all the textures. Why San Fierro? Because it’s the most similar city to Empire Bay.

Sorry my bad English I use google translate :) this is my first big mod and my first post on Gta Forums

this actually looks quite nice, but i recommend you to mipmap the textures.

Use magic.txd by The Gta or use magic.txd builder by dk22pac..

Yeah, stop using TXDWorkshop, this mod can look good, use Magic.TXD to add the textures (and don't export from TXDWorkshop and re-import with Magic.TXD because the terrible compression and colour faults have already happened then). Simply take the textures from Mafia II, wherever you have them dumped, and use Magic.TXD.

There's little you can do with poor texture mapping left by R*, but overall, this mod looks promising. Could be a nice alternative to all these "HQ" or "beta" texture packs, with its own, classic style.

If I remember, buildings in Mafia II were pretty simple when it comes to their geometry, especially on higher floors (so no extruded windows, for example, just plain walls), so it should be somewhat easy to use their textures on San Andreas' low poly buildings. Keep on working!

Hello, after so long I want to apologize but I was and I still have final exams in school, I'm going to release the version 1 but I will continue working to improve it and finish it, about this version 1 some textures do not have mip map and also I have to finish some areas of SF. ​

I would like to be notified if they like the way the mod is or things like reporting bugs, I hope you enjoy it c:
