Huh. Yeah, I was having some ideas about recreating some specific games and adapting them to San Andreas some time ago, and thus this seems like an interesting theme for me. I will participate in it. Stay tuned.

Rico Rendegruez, the protagonist of Just Cause. I've played JC2 and I was thinking to make a mission on it but it looks impossible b'cuz san andreas has no features like JC2. For example grabbling hook and fighting on rockets. Lets see how you made it.

True, but tbh DYOM do not need new features that much... It's all about creativity. If someone had head full of ideas then he can make a lot of unique missions. I think most of them actually work on thier own MP that are announced on Designers Lounge and that's why. :)

Hardly creativity could motivate people to go back to DYOM business if their first few works aren't even recognized as decent. Especially for people who used to fire a drama in this community.

One Reason why dyom inverted down: I always dreamt to create awesome missions in dyom, but since no one give support for my projects. I recently don't want to waste my time for nothing. And also most designer. I always gave support to every project in this community. But you?
Take a look at V for Vinegar, the most promising mission pack, and take a look at VfV American Spring, don't have feedbacks as the usual one.

^^ The peoples only give their feedbacks to the best mission designers Mission Pack. They don't like newbies. They don't like our projects. Bet this! If a best designer will make a simple mission with 100+ mistakes then still the peoples here will feedback him. Therefore, i love to cancel my projects because i did hard works on my project but no one gives a sh*t and Sorry if i said anything wrong.

You're completely right. This problem must be solved. If we give feedbacks to each other, other designers will notice and play our missions, and support us too, am I right? Best designers are always proud of themselves.

Yep... Feedback is needed for designer to work on thier projects but I think first you have to show something (I mean... completed missionpack) and then you will notice more feedback cuz peoples will know that guy X made Y project and it was awesome. You know what I mean? You just need more motivation to finish this and then your work probably will be rewarded ^^

offtopic - I play yesterday your Bribed: Blood Money DEMO and it have a lot of potential, mixing character selection, puzzles and interesting story is just awesome. I like this idea mostly because I really love puzzle mission packs with interesting story. Good luck Green Goo :D

@CrisPK Thanks, you're probably right. Cause the first step to become a great designer is to create an awesome project and releasing it. Thanks for your kindness about my MP, I wish everyone is like you. Sharing ideas. You should share this idea in the topic, for attracting attention. Thanks again. :) You're also good designer in stealth missions, I love stealth missions, my favorite genre, you should create your own projects. ;)

The most important thing most of us should take into consideration that... Jesus, it's 2017. DYOM's phase of prime has settled a long time ago now. There's no new updates for the mod itself and people have litterally designed every inch of the map at the course of a reasonable ammount of years now. Stuff like this can't just keep itself up forever. The only hopefull point for all of us would be DYOM's port to Underground, which may or may not bring atleast a fraction of traffic back into the community. Despite that, there's not much else that can be done now. And about the feedback... as of myself, I guess I've been spending too much time on MOTW's. I have plans for a project soon, and that being said, I will surely consider giving actual detailed feedback to every project that is alive out there in the Showroom too. For how long will I keep doing this? I don't know. I don't want to go in-depth about it, but right now I'm running a brand new and young YouTube channel focused entirely on DYOM and reviewing projects with commentary. Thus far I am playing only a couple of projects, but if anyone out there wants me to walk through your project, I can surely do so without a problem. Hope this brings some motivation to some of you.
