Console-XB1
Rank-541. All legit. Thousands of hours logged in.

Just tried to log in, and play online tonight, and was greeted with this lovely message.
I don't think I'm banned, at least I hope.
My Xbox live is in order.
Not on a ban from Xbox live either.

Just curious if anyone else is having trouble tonight, or if you know of this problem from a previous experience?

Thanks guy!

Doesn't sound like the kind of message you'd get if you were banned. Hopefully it's not that anyway.

Maybe the connection's weak or something?

Not very helpful I know. I am just a helicopter though.

Have you done all the standard stuff? restart GTA, sign out and back in, reset your Xbox? i've gotten it a couple of times too but I've fixed it both times

Yeah, even went as far as to delete my profile, and then reinstall it again.

Still getting the same message. I'll write a ticket, and see what they make of it.

If you were banned you will likely find an e-mail stating so. If you didn't receive any e-mails from Rockstar then the issue lies somewhere else.

Try deleting your system cache to see if that refreshes anything.

Are you able to join a solo session (single player > pause > Online > Solo Session)?

OK I had this happen to me a while back. Nothing I tried sorted it out, until I stumbled on to this...

Turn off your console for a couple mins, then back on. Load into story, do some random stuff for a few mins and then save the game. Now try loading into online.

Once I did that online loaded with no problems, not had the message appear since.

Hope it helps
