I formatted my Windows 8.1 64 bit, installation went succesfuly and i installed chipset drivers, however i noticed that AMD drivers were installed by its self even though i formated windows and didnt put gpu driver CD to install them at all. Is this normal with Windows 8? Its very strange to me.

I have AMD GPU, Intel CPU, Gigabyte motherboard.

Yeah my dad told me that some drivers get installed automaticaly now from internet when doing fresh install. But my issue is when i uninstall GPU drivers with DDU (Display driver uninstaller) and install latest AMD Crimson 17.7.1 driver, it goes all well untill i restart PC and it brings me to Kernel Security Error. Problem only happens when i uninstall that driver, but if i install older driver, 16.5. or something, in middle of installation PC freezes and it restarts. What could be wrong?
