Hey guys, it's me Springfield and welcome to the newest game of DYOM .. World War. Yep, I know that this game was already established by Fabeee but since he left the dyom! He also locks the topic which includes the same objective that today I'm going to show you. That was going to be a fun ride if he won't leave this community but depends on the author that what he likes or not.
So, coming to the point, this game is same as fabeeee one but just some changes which will help other factions to play normally.
If you don't know that what kind of game is it then let me elaborate you:
The Official World War is a game for DYOM. In this game, there will be two factions: The Alliance and The Axis. Both are enemies and the main goal of both factions is to fight with each other. The more and more you'll defeat the enemies, more and more your faction will become stronger + points and money. Remember: the points are the main thing between both two factions. More points mean more power. With the help of points, you can easily take over the places which are under control of other faction. With the help of money, you can easily buy items, weapons, technologies, gears, upgrades of suit etc... (I'll post the rates and items name later).
How to earn points:
Following point will tell you to how to earn points for faction: (Blue means points and Green means money)
-If a faction member won a MOTW contest (+50 for faction and +10 for member)
-If a faction member won a MOTY contest (+500 for faction and +250 for member)
-If a faction successfully take over a territory (+80 for faction and +7 for each member in faction and +10 to all members of the factions)
How to decrease points:
Following points will tell you to how to decrease points of factions: (Red means points subtraction)
-If a faction member insults his or other faction members (-20 will be subtracted from the faction and -5 from the member)
-If a faction member commit any kind of cheating (-60 will be subtracted from the faction and -55 from member + Demotion)
-Spamming a topic (First time the faction member will be warned and if continue then -40 from faction and -40 from the member)
Remember: You'll make the mission according to the theme and the host (which is me) will give you the points and money with a complete review.
How to earn points with missions:

Presentation of mission means that how good the subtitles and words are settled like referring yourself in subtitle with some serious decoration. This also includes punctuation.

Lieutenant Colonel: Superior to all Previous ranks. 5% off on every weapon. 10% off on heavy weapons.
Lieutenant General: Superior to all Previous ranks. 10% off on every weapon. 20% off on every heavy weapons and other stuff.
General of the Army: Superior on every rank. Able to access all vehicles. 10% off on fewer cost weapons and 25% off on heavy weapons and other stuff.
There will be held a weekly quiz between two factions. One of them will post the correct answer according to the question.
The one who posts the correct answer will be rewarded with some points and money.

Leading the faction:
Leading a faction is the biggest duty ever in a faction. A leader of every faction has the authority to lead their soldier A primary mission is to keep the faction clean, in order, in sequence and provide the best training. A leader is always chosen by the votes of the people which means many people want something unique from the leader. All people's trust are with the leader therefore, we shall not see any mistake or abuse of power in a leader or any other mistake which is against the rules. A leader always starts from "Specialist" rank because a leader is always greater than other soldiers. A leader will always guide his faction with the best plans and remember a leader life is very precious for the solider. Defeating a leader means a big defeat for the faction. So protect your leader at all cost.
Applying to a faction:
Applying in a faction means to join a faction. To join a faction please, copy the following format and fill the format and send it to me in PM.

Kicking players mean to kick a player of your own faction with valid reason. The only leader is allowed to send a pm of kicking a player to the host:

Remember: Evidence is not compulsory. The leader can simply talk with the leader about this with the host.
Submitting points means to submit some points for faction or for yourself. I am as a host! I can miss some point in the middle of reviewing a mission. So, if you think that I'm missing something then please, pm the format of submitting points and tell the host that where he missed the points.

There are some very compulsory rules that I'm going to exhibit below;
-Never abuse your power! (Never abuse your power on your soldiers or players if you have a high rank from them. Always guide them and order them what to do. High ranks can guide their soldiers who got the lower rank.)
-Never cheat (Any kind of cheating is not allowed as I already declare it's punishment)
-Follow the story (Yes, a very compulsory rule to always follow the story. Don't make anything else which is completely beyond from the story or completely away from the story. Follow whatever is happening)
-Make a plan with soldiers and leaders and then try to attack enemies (Yes, another compulsory rule. Always if you want to attack enemies base then you have to first make a plan and tell the plan to your leader in-game. If the leader approve the plan then you're allowed to attack the enemies base but at least 10 to 15 soldiers must be compulsory with the leader to attack a base)
-Take over a base with points and a lot of soldiers (This rule is same as above one. Plan will be told to the leader and at least 10-16 members shall be in a plan of taking over)
-Never kill a player in your missions (Yes, a very very compulsory rule. You can't kill a player/character in your mission. Like: I'm in The Axis and Aftab is in The Alliance. Now, I can add Aftab on my mission but I can't kill him. I can kill the bots which don't have any name like Solider 1, Solider 2.. are many more but you can't take a player. You can hurt him, injure him but not kill him)
-Sacrifice is allowed (Saving your team or saving your leader from the enemies by giving your life is allowed. Remember: Once, you sacrifice. You're out from the war and game and if you want to join again then send the joining application to host with a different name)
-Obey the leader (Obeying leader means best overall and disciplined member. So, obey whatever the leader says)

-50% Health = $20 (This will be 500 Health) (This item will not be permanently in Player. Just for one mission) (For Player)

-Hydra = $1500 (Buy a fighting hydra) (This item will be permanently in your faction garage) (For those who got rank of Chief Warrant officer or up to Chief Warrant officer)
-Nuclear Bomb = $2500 (The biggest bomb. You can destroy completely two bases with this bomb. Doesn't matter if the base is protected with VIC or not. Two bases = The First time it will destroy the VIC Protection and second time means to destroy the building and all the soldiers including vehicles and supplies also) (You can use this only one time) (Rank required = Chief Warrant officer or up to this rank)
-Atomic Bomb = $1200 (The biggest bomb after nuclear bomb. Can destroy a complete base but if VIC Protection is bought by the faction base then it will destroy only VIC protection. Rest of the vehicles, supplies and soldiers will survive) (You can use only one time) (Rank required = Chief Warrant Officer or up to this rank)
-Airstrike = $80 (Airstrike. Can destroy plenty of enemies in a row) (This item will not be permanent. You can use this only one time) (Rank Required = Private 2 or up to this rank)
-Rocket Launcher = $70 (A Rocket Launcher) (Fires Rocket) (For Player)
-Launcher Ammo = $10 (One rocket for $10) (For Player)
-HeatSeeker Launcher = $80 (A Special Rocket which follows the target and with bug damage) (Fire Rockets) (For Player)
-Minigun = $75 (Minigun fires sniper bullets) (For Player)
-Sniper = $25 (You can say that this weapon is two times more than M4) (Very Powerful Bullets) (For player)
-Sniper Ammo = $5 (Five ammo for $5) (For Player)
-Multi-VIC Protector = $1200 (This will place two VIC Protector on a base to protector from a nuclear bomb. If the Nuclear hits the Protector then Multi-Protector will be destroyed but rest of the Supplies, Vehicles and soldiers will survive) (Only leaders can buy this)
-VIC Protector Full = $600 (This will protect the base completely from bombs including Vehicles, Soldiers and supplies) (Beware: The nuclear bomb can destroy the protection with supplies, vehicles and soldiers) (the Only leader of a faction can buy this)
-VIC Protector Half = $350 (This will protect half of the base from the bombs) (Nuclear bomb can destroy everything but atomic bomb will destroy half of the base including supplies, vehicles and soldiers) (the Only leader of a faction can buy this)
-Ak47 Weapon = $20 (Assault ammo required) (Powerful Weapon) (For Player)
-Combat-Shotgun = $40 (An advance shotgun which fires 7 bullets in few seconds) (Powerful Weapon) (Shotgun Bullets required) (For Player)
-Grenade = $15 (An explosion grenade which can kill 5-6 peoples in a row) (For Player) (One Grenade for $15) (For Player)
-Satchel Charge Explosion = $30 (An Advance grenade which can be attached to anything) (Remote in your hands) (One Satchel for $30) (For Player)
-Assault Ammo = $7 (One bundle of Assault Ammo for $7 which include 20 bullets) (For Ak47) (For Player)
-Shotgun Ammo = $5 (One bundle of shotgun ammo for $5 which include 7 bullets) (For Combat) (For Player)
-Silence Pistol = $35 (A Silence Pistol which helps you to eliminate your enemies silently without any noise) (Pistol Ammos Required) (For Player)
-Pistol Ammo = $3 (One bundle of Pistol ammo for $3 which include 10 bullets) (For Player)
Remember: If the base is not protected with VIC Protection and if the atomic bomb hits the base then the base with vehicles, Supplies and solider, all things will vanish (which means destroyed) and if the nuclear hits the base then two bases will be destroyed with everything included.
Remember: Use that weapon which is right now available in your faction slot. If you use that weapon which is not in the rate list or you didn't even buy that then there will be a fine of $400 + 100 points subtraction and same rule with the vehicles.
