Here are my suggestions:

1.Making the site HTTPS

2.Making the UI more material like.

3.Deleting the dead posts.

4.Adding a GTA V section in GTA Garage.

Thanks

Sorry for the half title

What's everyone's obsession lately with making every site HTTPS? Am I missing something? Surely that sh*t doesn't matter unless you are using sensitive data.

We're looking into the HTPPS in a future forum upgrade.

No. Why? There is a lot of information preserved in old threads. It would be really bad if all of those threads were deleted. What good would it do, anyway?

Just ignore him, he's a young fella trying too hard to be helpful and constructive.

HTTPS should be on every webmaster's to do list when creating a new website. Hackers (who are connected with the same network as you) can see your account details when you're signing in on a HTTP website. HTTPS encrypts data between the client and the server, which makes the chance of getting your account details much lower for the hacker.

I'm surprised/shocked that GTAForums still hasn't got a SSL certificate. It should be priority number one and your SEO ranking will also be a bit higher when you got the certificate. ;)

Anyway, I hope the admins get this thing sorted out.

>being connected to same network as hackers
put a password on your wifi

secret sources say never ever

I was talking about public wifi networks, also thanks for the tip, but I already knew about that.
You should google "Man in the middle attack" if you want to know what I'm talking about.
