[HELP] Bully ps2 dff plugin for blender

Hello people Im new here glad to meet you  i'll get to the point
 
me and a friend of mine Ze Voidah we want to port bully ps2 models to pc but there's no plugin for ps2 models and we tried numerous gta dff plugins but it didn't worked sadly and we need a model plugin creator assistance for make these models work on blender 
 
bully ps2 model format are dff (just like the other numerous older games of gta but this dff is diferents from the others)

I've been wanting to implement support for bully dffs for a long time in librw already. Unfortunately I still haven't done that. PS2 support in librw is not quite as good sadly. I've been reversing a lot of PS2 RW code and want to work on my implementation eventually to make it match RW more closely. When I do that it's quite likely I'll also implement the bully format. I did document it already (http://aap.papnet.eu.../ps2all_doc.txt at the bottom), but that should be obvious to anyone who knows the PS2 instance format already anyway (described here http://www.gtamoddin...ative_Geometry)

I wish i can help you with that because i really want to mod these models into the pc version but sadly i can't do anything because im not pretty good so i only can say
