This is Floyd and Debra's apartment in Vespucci Beach. Why are the windows wide open from the inside, while they're shut and textured on the outside?

This has always bothered me. IIRC Trevor's trailer was like this too as well as Franklin's first house.

Thank god, Frank's mansion doesn't have "one-way" glass panels up in the hills, or it would be a straight up busta :/

I'd figure it has something to do with not having to load the interior until you're in there. Probably some memory saving technique that carried over from last-gen.

Interiors aren't loaded until they actually need to be.

I believe it's to "blend" the enterable apartment with the surrounding buildings.  It would look weird being the only really detailed building on the block.

Yeah, remember the Mission in GTA IV where you had to sniper someone through his Bedroom Window from the Rooftop across the Street and that Room was there after the Mission too?Looked kinda weird compared to neighboring Windows.

Can anyone tell me, why the hell do we have so many useless and locked doors in all our safehouses in GTA 5? It is MY house, and I am free to go anywhere I want to! Yet, we have so many meaningless doors in the safehouses. Why?

I've tried going through using mods, but they have nothing behind them. Then, why did Rockstar put so many doors by the walls, that lead to nothing, and can't even be opened?

Just R* being too lazy to fill the interior to match the exterior. Easier to just make fake rooms. It still doesn't match the exterior though. R* always had a really hard time with that.
