how to increase depth of field at higher resolutions

I am constantly pursuing gta iv look from xbox 360. It runs at 720p and ingame dof is very heavy. I think it works well for the game and hides poor geometry and aliasing at distance.


Ingame dof and motion blur looks great but at 4k it is almost not visible. It scales with resolution like Dark Souls and there is no way to fix it other than creating different dof with enb or reshade... But I couldn't achieve the same effect.

I just want game to look like on 360 but with higher res and stable framerate.... on pc version colors are wrong, dof is wrong, shadows are wrong...I will probably never be happy with this versiuon  :panic:


edit: and now with no way to downgrade to 1.0.0 or 1.0.3 we are also stuck with bad stencil shadows. I preferred old dither shadows too.
