Is there anyplace you can still get openiv

I got one from a torrent site but when I go to install it I get a error message it says "[fatal] can't start application Error Code CEP-001  please reinstall"

Here's the standalone installer of the latest 2.9 version 906 build with the uninstall message, but, after you've installed it, you can revert back (run oviupdate.exe) to the same 906 build that didn't have this message.

Thank-You, Sorry to ask a dumb question but how do you run oviupdate.exe? or is it ok to just keep clicking uninstall later?

Follow the link to download the archive to revert back to the normal version and run oviupdate.exe from it.
