Just wondering out of curiosity, what are the chances of the next GTA taking place in Liberty City? Personally, I wouldn't mind (I live in 'Liberty City') but seeing how 3 and 4 took place there, what are the odds of revisiting LC?

Unlikely, and unwelcome honestly. LC's story was told in GTA IV, seeing it for a second time in the HD Universe would waste away other locations' potential. We don't need LC again.

Rockstar will probably move back to Vice City because it is requested on a daily basis, and they will get Nostalgia boners from everyone, so that would be at least logic.

I only welcome Liberty City if it comes with others.

Only if it's in the 70's I'd love to experience 1970's New York at some point

But it's time to move on to a new location be it Vice or another city.

Hey we need Vice City and Las Venturas! GTA 5 with Los Santos wasn't enough and its definitely had enough space for San Fierro. It sad it didn't make it and there is still alot of broken mechanics in GTA5.

You're right, I believe GTA 4 had some Jersey in it and need more. Like 50/50 New York and Jersey.

Liberty City should come to GTA Online.

I'd like to see LC again, but with Upstate, Long Island, etc and a bigger Alderney (NJ)

f*ck going back to Liberty City again. If the next f*cking game takes place in that f*cking brown/grey/yellow hovel again I'm going to hire Haitian prostitutes to strangle me with towels.

Kinky..

Of course GTA VI wont be in Liberty City, but I'm not ruling out the possibility of R* doing Liberty State like they were going to in GTA IV.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the final GTA with that setting. Save the best for last.;)

Highly unlikely, considering the high level of interest for Vice City, Las Venturas and/or San Fierro.

There's always GTA I, III, LCS, IV, EFLC and CW to satisfy all your Liberty City cravings.

I don't want to see LC again for a long time. We need to see HD Vice City for now, or Las Venturas.

I love LC but I see it more likely as a GTA Online expansion than a new game, seeing as how there are different locations they can use.

f*ck Liberty City, f*ck San Fierro, f*ck Las Venturas and f*ck Vice City. I want to see a completely new location. I'm bored of refreshing already existing cities.

If they ever go back to LC; it better be the whole state with a countryside!

And combine that with other sandbox games that feature new york, that should bring the total to a nice 24 million. Should keep you LC fans pretty happy.

Plus, I mean, come on, guys. Vice City has like two games, and none in the HD era.

Even though I am a IV fan, I don't want to see another LC. Maybe somewhere out of the states for a change

I loved Liberty City in IV, the experience of it was great. But I definitely do not want to return to LC again at this point in time, I wanna see HD versions of Vice City, or maybe expansions to V with HD versions of Las Venturas and San Fierro.

Vice City appears in GTA I (Chapters 5 & 6), Vice City and Vice City Stories, for your information. And there's been more games than just Grand Theft Auto that feature

a fictionalized Miami (Driver for example). I suspect the 24 million games with a fictionalized New York is an exaggeration.
