Welcome to my Workshop, the thing I've put off making for quite some time but NO MORE! This will be my scrapbook area, a place where I can share weird tests and complete ideas that I've carried out. Now, if you've noticed me in the past there is one thing you'll know, and that is that I take quality and original atmosphere intent SERIOUSLY, here you'll find mods that have either been converted, repacked or re-purposed from other Rockstar Games, bringing the best quality from all across the board right back to the PC versions of these games! Maybe you'll also see content by me improving subtle visual effects here and there to? Who knows? I've worked on a lot over the years and I'll be going through old hard drives finding content and seeing what I can bring up to date and make fit for download for all of you to enjoy. Feel free to make suggestions and we'll see what we can do but do.

Remastered Vice City Menu Background
Vice City's menu background remade in 1024x1024 with variations

So What Is It?
The original menu background on Vice City/Xbox is just 512x512, and just to give it a little boost, I redid it in 1024x1024, but I also wanted to give it a bit of variation so I've included the different colours from other releases, that is PC/XB, PS2 and two Mobile versions for your choosing.

So What's Included?
I've included the textures as PNG, DDS (DXT1) and as RWTEX for people who use Magic.TXD.

So Where Can I Get It?

You got 1 mod released, have you not read the rules? 3+ mods or it can't happen. It's nice and all, but I suggest you continue it when you have an acceptable amount of content.

I do have more than 3 mods, it's just finding the time to go through old drives and getting them in a releasable form. Hoping that since this thread exists, when I've got free time it'll actually encourage me to get around to getting this stuff out there, and as far as I'm aware, you can't include project and contribution things, otherwise I'd link to things like VBDec and Magic.TXD. This is a workshop so it can only be my scraps.

Then why didn't you wait to find them all and open the workshop in a far more presentable way? I would've done that.

Shoutout to that sarcasm. Just saying but if this was a new kid's workshop, you wouldn't exitate to lock it, and I think that's just completely unfair.

If I were Ash, I'd lock it and make a bigger comeback with much more stuff and a better looking OP. Or I'd just link my GTAGarage account and that would be it for now :p

But yeah, I quite agree with Blue. If somebody else did this thread, it would've been locked already, so being someone known isn't an excuse for not meeting the criterias. Miss me with that sarcasm.

If the thread didn't exist, then I wouldn't feel the need to actually use my spare time to go through my work. It's a catch 20, since this exists, I have a reason to get the work done and out there, if it didn't, I wouldn't be bothered and have no reason to do so.

The reason I threw the thread up now was because I just did those VC menu backgrounds for no real reason and they would've been threw onto a USB drive, but I asked James if it'd be worth it to throw a thread out now and then have a reason to come back to it when I'm off work.

If people are unhappy then by all means close the thread, but then I can't be sure if I'll ever ask for it to be unlocked again. :p

Or you could just rush up and post your GTAGarage account's mods on the OP. That or the other mods you posted on this forum, like Kalvin and Jestic did.

Remade Mission Gradient Texture
Bringing San Andreas' mission sphere texture in line with the other 3D era

So What Is It?
The original mission sphere texture in San Andreas is only 32x32 AND isn't as smooth as the original PS2 version due to texture compression. Here I have remade the PS2 style in 64x64 so it matches the size of "zonewhite64" which GTA3, VC, LCS and VCS use. It's a small thing, but it's a slight improvement none the less and brings them all together.

So What's Included?
I've included the texture as DDS (DXT5) and the TXD itself so it can be placed in game right away.

Mobile RADAR Map Textures
San Andreas' Radar textures in 256x256 as sourced from the Mobile version

So What Is It?
This pack contains all the RADAR Map Textures from the Mobile versions of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, repacked and ready to be used for the PC version. All textures were exported in the best quality possible from the PVR Cache and then repacked with a more up to date DXT Codec to keep the quality as best as possible.

So What's Included?
I've included the TXDs which can be placed in game via Modloader or your IMG Editor of choice.
