I made a similar topic about this , but the opposite ...

i think Vice City & Liberty City are the best simply because Vice City had bright colors & it actually felt like the setting it was placed in , Also it had a really detailed map for 2002 IMO (VC 1986-VCS 1984)

Liberty City (Gta III 2001-LCS 1998 & Gta IV 2008) it seemed so alive and detailed & had outstanding maps in the 3D Universe & the HD Universe.

Those are my all time favorite maps out of the whole series.

What are yours?

As I've said in your other post, I love all of the cities we've seen so far. But if I had to pick I'd say Liberty City (HD era) and Los Santos (3D era). I would also say Vice City but it's so small compared to the other cities, I hope Gta VI expands it more.

- San Andreas and Vice City in the original had a lot of personality. Always liked London in '69 and '61.

- Anywhere City. 'Nuff said.

- I kind of have love/hate relationships with the 3D Liberty City and Vice City, though when I was younger (and III/Vice City felt more magical back then), it was just pure love.

- Both IV's Liberty City and V's Los Santos are accurate representations of New York and Los Angeles, I equally like and appreciate both.

Their more then likely to expand Vice City in the next installment (If that ever happen's) since they've expanded Liberty City in Gta 4 & San Andreas in Gta 5.

Las Venturas, the gta version of Las Vegas, unique and vibrant, would love to see a HD version.

IV's Liberty City, just so much detail packed in, lots to see and discover.

I would say HD universe Liberty City. There's just something about it that will always have a place with me, idk maybe it's the grit and how alive it felt, also a bit of nostalgia thrown in there as well.

IV's Liberty City followed by Vice City. I still remember seeing the first trailer for IV for the first time, and just being in awe with the new LC. And the panorama that the GTA IV website had haha.

Ain't it obvious?

SanFrancisco_0.jpg

San Fierro > Everything else. SA's LS got boring and repetitive (but then again my stay in LS formed like %87 of the time during the PS2 days), LV is boring AF, Liberty City (IV) made my eyes bleed and I almost broke my PS2 because of it (LCS), never got the chance to play anything Vice City (minus VCS, but I had little memories of it, but at least its enough to hold a close grade to SF's). I only like GTAV's LS simply because there are many opportunities to stunt around, maybe even fly in your bike (the very reason why I love SF in the first place).

Also, SAN FRANCISCO!!!

Liberty City for sure.(IV) That deppresive atmosphere of the city makes me like the game much more because of mafia-like story.

Liberty-City-Walkabout-081.png?h=500

Then Vice City follows, because it was the first GTA and second game i have played on PC after Midnight Club II. :D

Liberty city. I don't even have to think twice. I don't feel like exploring los Santos much, but I find something new everytime I roam around LC

I would have to say all the three cities from san andreas because there is a lots of variety in it, although the map is not that big of course, but it contain three cities! Los santos, San fierro and Las venturas and after that well Vice city because that is the first GTA game i've played back when i'm in elementary school

GTA San Andreas' San Andreas, because the three cities were awesome, the rural area is cool, and it had lots of forests and interesting areas.
