After having bought GTAV over a year ago on my Steam account and playing it almost 1,000 hours, I had my access "revoked" by Rockstar. I can't even launch into single player without being prompted to enter a new game key. Entering the old key obviously doesn't work as expected and when I contacted support I got this.

We have reviewed your account and the Rockstar Activation Code was disabled at the request of a third-party retailer due to an issue with your payment. Please contact the Customer Support of the retailer where you purchased GTAV to resolve the payment issue, and then let us know if there are any further problems accessing the game.
Considering I bought the game from Steam, I call BS on this. There was no problem with the payment and again I bought the game over a year ago. If there was any problem with that, Steam would have notified me. This is a new low lol.
