If I edit an RPF file and add/replace files with bigger size in it the size goes up. But If i delete those files the size doesn't go down. If I add more files and the delete them the size increases again but when deleted does not shrink.

So this is how I ended up with my x64l.rpf being more than 5GB and all it has inside are the original files (copied from stock x64l because mine was bugged).

Use Defragmentation.

The file size is shrinking when you delete latest file.

You need use File > Defragmentation from time to time to reduce archive size.
