It won't look as good as in SA. Also no, no HQ textures on cars.

EDIT:I have a suggestion, make something to use the right mouse to enable just the crosshair not claude's arm..JUST A SUGGESTION

Are you using a genuine v.1.0 of the game? If you don't have it then you can't run the patch.

Found gta3 v1.1 on a russian site, translated it and got v1.1 but the problem is I get an unhandled exception with your mod..it occurs when the game is loading or textures are converting..
I have tried the windows data execution method but it does n't work..

Oops, my bad. I confused this with Frosted Winter, sorry. Try running your exe as admin. If that won't work, PM me. I will send you an exe.

Are there any guides on GTA 3 modeling and mapping? I see that exporting models from 3ds max to dff for GTA 3 and making cols is not the same as for GTA 3, but I couldn't find any tutorials.
