Beta Infernus

The mod isn't dead anymore!

Here you all go, a super small change on a car.

I just liked the beta Infernus more. So here it'll be soon!

The mod will be released in just one variant:

-Beta Infernus-

*Read this!*

This model won't be locked as it is still "Rockstar Games's" model. However this does NOT mean it's allowed to upload it anywhere else.

If you want to use the Beta Infernus for a certain pack, please PM me.

*This is a list of things I've gotta do. After every major change the Infernus will be tested ingame. Bugs will also be mentioned in this post.*

Change headlights and add indicators in front - WIP

Modify wheels to look exactly like they did in the beta in-game tv show I'm Rich - DONE

*Bugs that appear during development will be posted here.*

Permanent dirt inside new headlights

*Known bugs or issues.*

Releasing - Soon

Left & right door windows are floating when opened

Do this :

Display / Local Axes / Reset To Parent

And click on windows dummies, one for offset and one for orientation .

Also, I think the beta Infernus had front indicators as well.

Oh thanks Shao Kahn! Im not at home right now but I will fix this as soon as I returned home. I will go through the old video files and see if it has those indicaters. If so; I might add them back in.

Yes it did, but I am not that experienced yet so I can create the entire lamp like it was in the beta alhtough I would love to be able to.

Sorry to both reply to my own topic and a 'dead' topic, but I have decided to finish some mods that have been left behind... and the Infernus is one of them. It now get's the (I tried as hard as I could) most closely looking look back from it's beta as seen on the in-game tv show I'm Rich. The indicators make their return, and so does the different shaped housing of the headlights. I will NOT post the innitial release date as it'll remain unknown, this goes for me too... I am very busy outside gaming. Every extra minute is being spend on this or other things related to modding. Requests are more than welcome. The updated infernus 'picture' can be seen above. It shows the headlights and the way they'll appear once it get's released. Yes I removed the download link of the incorrect beta model. Sorry for that

Don't forget to change the brake color to red and fix the rear badging bug.

Thanks for telling me! This mod may be released with a upcoming 'project' or just pack, I am thinking about starting a Grand Theft Auto IV: Beta Mod, one more advanced than the first released mod. Don't worry, it will be released in versions which means that it'll be coming soon together with maybe a beta Merit, Coach and some more unreleased mods. (Also includes the beta Annihilator with it's (what I think) drop bombs and the gun in the middle and the bigger logo with text of the noose cruiser) Every bit of help like beta haircut would be great.

I edited the original tire so it will have a red brake. I used gimp 2. Import it infernus.wtd with OpenIV. Credit me in your mod. Will you do beta Turismo or Super GT next? Here you will find some information about cut contents and beta releases in GTA IV. http://gta.wikia.com...eases_in_GTA_IV. Some informations are fake, though. I cannot help you with your mod because i'm bad at modding but I can inform you anything that is related to beta version of GTA IV. The annihilator doesn't drop any bombs cuz it's a armed police chopper. It had fuel pods. It also had a decal on its side. It had a different flashlight. You may edit police2 and taxi2's light and grills to match the beta merit. I hope your mod won't be dead.
