New error: update.rpf is incorrect.

Hello,
 
I'm trying to do an installation (Redux). I already read the same tutorial many times and tried 2 times. I ever receive the error:

[26/03/2017 16:13:49] [11528] INFO  -> Validate content files FAILED
I double checked the same folder, searched on Google and here, but just found 3 or 4 peoples with same error, but zero solutions. Can anyone help me with it?

The REDUX mod package is incorrect. You can't install it unless the mod authors fix it.

No, this is only REDUX mod issue.

The same problem occurred to me.. so we are supposed to wait for a new REDUX mod update?

I found the solution to the problem.. apparently you have to uninstall OpenIV 2.9 & install version 2.8 instead.. don't know what's causing the problem exactly but make sure your internet is off during installation..

Wooow.. found! Install OpenIV whitout connection internet and install redux (same without connection)

Same error too! Going to try this OpenIV but pretty sure when it installs it downloads latest version.

Yeah that OpenIV won't work, just downloads the newest version. This would be up to Redux maker to sort it.

 

Edit it does work, need to download the link above and go offline :)
