The idea of my mod is to make the original Start up screens (EAX/Nvidia), The Main Startup screen and all loadscreens look less "aged".
Loadscreens are made of official edited san andreas artworks (The logo doesnt always matches perfectly).
EAX/Nvidia Screens changed to ESRB/Rockstar games logo.
New HQ Startup screen (The one before the main menu shows up).
Everything is made to fit 1080p 16:9. Im not sure how it looks on higer resolutions or 4:3 resolutions.

For better results, in Silent Patch SkipIntroSplashes=0 and delete the file "Logo" from movies folder.

Technically this isn't a UI, it's just the load screens, the UI would be elements displayed during in game such as fonts, radar, menu items, HUD, etc.

You should have used uncompressed textures. I don't use any compression for my UI and particle effects textures. You don't really save all that much space for using it.

I have the link to uncompressed textures. But theyre 150 MB. I dont know why, they INCREASE in size after usong Magic Txd.... normally theyre like 8 mb

I think they are stored in a format similar to BMP inside the TXD. JPG to BMP conversion would do that.

Use PNG, it's better option and have low weight.

I think you're confusing where this is, this is inside the TXD, so compression is either DXT1, PAL4/8 and RGB8 (for non alpha images).

I tried doing something similar a while back, but couldn't really find the proper artwork. Looks great, nice work man.

Textures are formatted properly. DXT1 is the way to go. Good job!
