Ive seen many videos where ppl use gta 5 engine to mod VC making it even more HD. So im curious how to do that? is it very complicated to do?

have you also noticed that HD vice city map is glitched out as hell, textures are awful and ground/wall collisons missing some spots!
I have seen enough videos about it to avoid it, you have better vice city in gta underground!

It's just porting the map from VC to RAGE. There is no playable missions and like ACM-Jan mentioned there are a lot of issues with it that need to be fixed.

You know that VC CANT BE ENTIRE be in gta 5.
Its only possible to convert the map.
and what the hell u talking about HD?
there are two era-engines in gta 3d history.
GTA 3, VC, SA, VCS, LCS = Renderware 3D
GTA 4, GTA 5 = RAGE (custom R*)

in gta 5 the teleporting function shows best how it's different! always appear some props and vegetation first, then collision and after that actual main map (all happens fast but if teleport further away then you can see)!
in render ware the map always loads collision first, then some basic lods and vegetation/props last and since it's quite opposite to rage way then converting map without making it from scratch causes loads of issues (and apparently only mod that exist for gta 5 is converted therefore should be avoided)
