I believe I posted this in the right area...

So recently I decided to get GTA 4 on my PC that I just recently bought. And after finishing the story mode I wanted to see how pretty the game can look with a Graphics Mod. The Graphics Mod I used is CryENB V2 (1.0.7.0/EFLC) and my PC ran perfectly  fine with the Graphics Mod. And I decided to go more realistic and I decided to add a car mod pack. The car pack I used was NYC Mega Car Pack Final by Drifter. So then once I booted up the game with those mods I realized how the game is taking very long time loading building and streets and just everything else. Whenever I turn around the whole area would be black and whenever I go very fast the road and buildings take forever to get full quality. I noticed how many other people are having this issue and I seriously haven't found anyway to resolve this issue. I'm curious if there is anyway possible to get this game to load fine with these both installed or is it just too powerful for the game?

My GTA 4 Version is 1. 0. 7. 0

Here's little info about my PC if that helps in anyway,

Windows 10

Intel Core i7 6700K

GTX 1070

- Thanks

Maybe the car pack uses a lot of RAM and your PC can't handle it?

I have 16 GB of RAM I'm pretty sure that's enough and I'm sure my PC can handle it since the frames don't drop.

I think you should use another car pack. Maybe the car pack does not support your version of the game, which may be the cause of this bug. I think the car pack has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.

Does the problem happen without mods?

Like I said, the game runs perfectly fine without the car mod. The game runs fine with the graphics mod or without it. I haven't tested having just the car pack but I'm pretty sure it would cause the same problem still.

That could be the issue...I'll try another car mod pack and see if it causes the same issue

Ask the developer of the car mod that's causing the problem.

Like I said, I think any car mod can cause this.
