I too, my friend, vote Mr Rascalov. It felt like a huge accomplishment killing him. Because I hated his guts the whole time.

Tenpenny > ALL. Period!!

Dimitri doesn't even hold a candle to him. He felt like Rockstar added him just for the sake of having an antagonist in the game. He only appears to set up the conflict, and remains absent for the whole time until in the end.

On the other hand, Tenpenny was a constant pain for the whole time. Rockstar had put a lot of efforts in developing him and his motivations. I don't find anything "unique" about Dimitri. To have a strong conflict the antagonist has to be as strong as the protagonist. But Niko was so powerful that Dimitri felt very weak in comparison just like other "bad guys" in the game

Tenpenny was far more realistic as a character than Dimitri, without trying to be something that he's not and remains the meanest corrupt cop right till the end. You know why CJ can't kill Tenpenny despite within his reach, as Sweet was in Tenpenny's reach too.

Now you stay the f*ck away from Smoke, and stay the f*ck away from us. Otherwise Sweet is going to find himself on a Ballas block getting in touch with his feminine side

None of the antagonists has shown such a negative impact on the world as Tenpenny, as evident with the way people react after knowing Tenpenny stands acquitted on all charges which causes riots in the city, unlike, in case of GTA IV, I didn't give a sh*t whether Dimitri exists or not.

Tenpenny maintained a terrific confidence right until his last words and put up a fight that'll be regarded as the best grand finale ever. :^:

Dimitri. I don't think any other video game villain has ever left a bitter taste in my mouth like he did.

Michael and Trevor should be considered antagonists too.

I liked that Dimitri grew without such a heavy reliance on overpowering intimidation and forcing himself constantly. Infact when I first saw Dimitri I didn't think he was going to be such an important character, but as the game progressed more layers were added to him revealing a very warped, deceptive and manipulative individual.

His taunting phone calls (like I've said in other discussions about him) just poured more fuel onto the fire and made me want him more. Not only a great antagonist, but a great character with development to boot.:)

Tenpenny by a long mile, such a great antagonist, and him being voiced by Samuel Jackson only helps

Rascalov and Sonny would probably take 2nd and 3rd respectively

Sonny felt too scary, 15 years, if you want to put it in a scary way, it's taking away 1/6 of someone's life. Even worse than killing them. He betrayed in the worst way, really big thing to kill that bastard.

Tenpenny had a giant impact. He basically scared CJ everytime, making a top-killer with everything under the sun between his arms reluctant. He needed Sweet to help him in killing him, or if that wasn't the case then he had a negative impact on Los Santos. I think CJ should have fled to San Fierro or Las Venturas or wherever in the world just to make the player imagine how bad he is, but for me I can understand.
