Even though I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Still feel like asking

Since Ifruit is crashing (again) I want to know if there is a way to get your already used plates back in the game to be used on new/different vehicles

Note Im not trying to get a new plate just use one I already have

NO, it's exclusive to app, and back in 2013/early 2014 even android didn't have that, was IOS exclusive, now atleast you have a choice, anyone got some android thingy at home!

As you have been told before custom plate is a iFruit app exclusive. But just thought to add a little more. If you have Windows 8/8.1/10, You can download the app through Microsoft store.

If you are on PC or last gen you could mod your own plates...

If you are on current gen you could go back a generation then transfer your modded plates over, not practical at all bit it is 'a way'.
