Hello guys ,

I am new here and i am having problems with the GTA IV , trying to make the game run in my system. i searched at google and found that the solutions is the comandline.txt but i need help to create one to my system . My problem was that the game is not detecting my video card or my real video memory and the settings are locked.

This is my system Configuration :

Video Card Nvidia GeForce 920m 2gb

I5-5200U

Intel HD Graphics

Windows 8.1 64bit

Nvidia driver version 378.49

GTA IV Steam Version

Thanks

And also , i can run this game in low , medium or high ?

I'm not sure about this but I think they fixed it with patch 1.0.8.0, since the game detected my vRAM just fine. I've got 4gB of vRAM and the game showed 4096mB in graphics settings.

Anyway, open up Steam --> Library --> Right click on GTA IV --> Properties --> Set launch options, and copy paste these commands.

-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions
-novblank
-percentvidmem
-availablevidmem 10

You can edit them as per your preference.
