Completely for the creator:

- Double the amount of actors we can use place in Captures, as well as add pedestrians currently unavailable.

- Increase the prop limit to 200.

- Allow props to be placed in Air Races.

- Aquatic tubes for creating underwater stunt races.

- Be able to die while testing a Capture.

The ability to throw out your own stingers across the road in front of cars (spike strips)

 

Trip wires, which would cause a player to go down similar to being mugged, allow you time to escape

 

Smoke grenades, which would not allow a player to red dot you through them, again allowing for timely escapes

 

Merryweather and CEO pilot - you should be able to order these to climb or descend to an altitude of choice, or even land.

i wish  for more effects and features for the rockstar editor like canned laughter(studio sitcom laughter) that would be useful for something comedic or you can put somebody on stage at split sides west and make it look like a standup special.

more props for  scene creator and the use of all interiors in director mode for consoles. i don't know why the hell everything is locked you can't even go inside stores. matter of fact they should unlock every area.

 

i also wish the yacht had a sail feature. its been mentioned before sort of as a request for being able to drive the yact. i say  that along with being able to station the yacht some where else you can also have the option to sail on a set course. just pay the caption 20,000 and your yacht sails or floats slowly for a mile or half mile. wouldn't that be better than the yach just sitting there? it would also make piracy prevention even more fun.

I've always wanted a Night Life DLC. Own ya own nightclub Ballad of Gay Tony style. Customize your nightclub in numerous ways, even play a doorman like in Ballad of Gay Tony, take on supply missions, take out rivals etc. Casino DLC is another one i'd like. 

 

I'd like it to go more gritty and realistic like GTAIV rather than all the over the top stuff GTAV Online has become.

How's about compressing the clothing shop stock list down? Many categories have gotten ridiculously long.
Instead of the current listing of <Categories> → <Every individual design variant>, make it list <Categories> → <Designs> → <Design Variants>

if not that then split the longest categories into two or three different new categories, like overcoats could be split into trenchcoats and parkas categories for example

We all know how pointless Gang Attacks are now. How about some new incentives to spice things up?

If you're a VIP/CEO, Gang Attacks will have these changes:

-There will be several SecuroServ NPCs in the area that will assist against hostiles.
-Number of hostiles have increased upto 50 enemies.
-Hostile choppers may arrive.
-There can be challenges that focus on a particular style of gameplay. (Just like Deathmatch challenges)

Should you complete the Gang Attack, you're given a persistent reward for the session at random. Such as:

-The ability to heal to full health as a CEO/VIP. Your healing radius for Associates has increased.
-VIP missions now have a 20% increase in payouts.
-CEO/VIP abilities cost 40% less. Associates now get paid twice as fast randomly.
-A friendly Buzzard will assist you in the session until it dies.
-The cost of Special Ammo has been decreased by 50%.

If you're a Biker President, any Gang Attack you go into will have these changes:

-Allied Biker NPCs will arrive during the fight to assist. You're on your own at the start.
-Number of hostiles have increased upto 70. Hostiles will no longer have Miniguns or Snipers.
-Enemy Turreted vehicles will arrive.
-Random challenges just like CEO/VIP gang attacks.

Completing the Gang Attacks as a Biker President can award you the following for the session:

-Regenerating Armor for all Biker members.
-All vehicles you drive now have better acceleration. (Really handy for those stupid sale vehicles)
-Biker Contract missions payout 40% extra.
-A Gang Burrito with 4 Allied NPCs will assist you until they die.
-Pistol, Shotgun, and Assault Rifle ammo is now FREE.

All of these rewards can stack and they still affect you even if you're no longer a CEO/VIP/President. However, if you leave the session, all these rewards are lost.

Yes. The immediate rewards should also be buffed in general, even more so for CEO/VIPs and MCs under your suggestion. The gang attacks tend to be at least as difficult as the average normal difficulty contact mission, but just give a little bit of RP and a possibility of a measly loot crate or few.
Also I suggest making them have a small chance to randomly appear at a moment's notice at any location for Orgs and MCs, unless in the middle of an Org/MC job.

I believe there is no reason rockstar cannot drip feed content like this in updates too why just limit it to vehicles?

 

More Missions added into the game (Make them different from old missions and not so repetitive and hard to complete)

 

More stunt Races with additional new props added to creator

 

More death matches and survivals (Which i hope one-day become double RP and $$) 

 

Every now and then a new Heist mission (That cannot just be started up once added put a challenge in to unlock the ability to do this)

 

Different ways the AI chase us in missions and police pursuits become more difficult due to police getting new cars (Turismo R and T20 police cars?) 

 

add in new mystery for the people who like looking for them.

I'd like to be able to interact with the different gangs in LS. Like if you wear an outfit with their colors they know you're down for the set and will offer you jobs like going to take out rival gangs or interrupt drug deals and the like. Do turf war jobs with them or rob local establishments. Assassinate feds looking into them, so many different possibilities. Different crews offer different perks like building respect with the vagos will get you discounts at bennys. Make them more interactive and have benefits to earning there respect but overtime if you aren't earning with them then the respect level diminishes. If you've gained respect from one set and then go work with another one you need to wear a mask while doing work against your previous crew so not to lose respect. I hate that they all just hate you no matter what. I'd love to get vagos respect so I could fire a gun near my vehicle warehouse without them coming after me.
Also once you have their respect you can go to the hood and recruit them to help you like in SA and the more you use them the more skilled they become and squire more powerful weapons.
That way you could hire them as associates to help you with crates, vehicle import/export, mc work etc... crew leaders could be added to your phone so you could call them from your office and they would send 3 guys over to your office. There could be members that are better at some things than others like pilot, marksmen, wheelman.

There are a lot of great ideas in this thread

More vehicle customization. Ex: new wheels and the ability to put the metal finishes on them, new metal finishes like gunmetal or black chrome.
Different mirror choices like style and placement. Some are just awful. Ie the Cicero and the turismo classic to name a couple. Ability to edit liveries or factory secondary paint styles. I'd love to be able to drop the side stripes and name from the sabre. The secondary stripes would look so much better without the side bit.
The option to paint the crime bits on all cars. The z-type would be nice to make all the chrome on that car gold.
Lift kits for 4x4s
Hydraulics for all cars so they can be dropped to the ground when parked, they could make it controllable the same way you lift the blade on a dozer or the box on the dump.
A new simeon style contact that has lists of high end cars like some of the dlc cars, obviously they would need them to be added as rare npc spawns that can be exported at the docks that pay like 100k straight up with no damage. If you collect a few in a garage you can load them in a semi and deliver all at once, a new list every week in game to a max of four weeks or something.

I like your idea! But if you gain respect, maybe buying 3-4 crew members for $30,000 per hour? (Paid sum for all 3-4)

I like that idea. And by "buy" I mean employ them but I love that idea because running supplies & crates alone is so time consuming.

If that Skylift helicopter is released, one thing that might be good, especially for the solo players, would be to allow them to pack two or three cars into a shipping container and deliver them by helicopter.

I wish they'd put something in the crates you collect. Special t-shirts or items, weapons,coupons for discounts, pretty much anything that would break up the monotony.

I highly support for a Drift mode in GTA Online. There is a huge community waiting for it.

It would work this way:

Take your selected car to Benny's and upgrade it with a Drift kit. It would change handling only. Tuners DLC would be something apart.

I'd like some small additions to the 911 Emergency Service contact in your phone. Yeah, I know they make no sense.

-The ability to request SWAT officers. A riot van will show up with 4 Carbine wielding SWAT team members. 
-Demand a Police helicopter with Heavy Sniper officers on the sides.
-Summon a military Crusader with 4 troops to your area.
-Call up a MerryWeather controlled APC to your location.
-Request a Savage to arrive above you.
-Send an NPC Tank your way.
-Request a squad of Lazer jets to circle the area you're in for a short while.

Why have these added? Because you can use this to create some havoc against NPCs and trigger happy players nearby by getting these neutral summoned NPCs to attack them. Now of course this means that if you fire off a shot, you'll be targeted too, but just imagine the hilarious possibilities of a griefer getting destroyed by an APC over and over again.

I probably suggested this before, but how about a ground vehicle that takes you off the radar?

 

We have the glider. Maybe like, some kind of radar jammer vehicle? Could be otherwise unarmed, and take blips off within the area around it.

Could give this as an appropriately-priced customisation upgrade for armed vehicles and certain high-profile unarmed vehicles.
May want to still make it a timed use with a cooldown, too, for balancing reasons, but longer lasting than Lester's service.

I thought about adding the Aston Martin Vanish from Die Another Day but make it when your in cloak mode you can't use weapons. However this will be timed to about a few seconds like the rocket and any rocket car. People would also be able to shoot at you to show your position on the radar

Being like a business where you have to arrest/kill criminals/street racers

I wish wanted music in air vehicles with weapons worked like this:

No wanted - regular flying music
Three stars - "The Long Stretch" starts playing from 0:40
Five stars - "The Long Stretch" cuts to 17:41 (the trumpets come in)
Survived five minutes with max stars - "The Third Way" starts playing at 12:00
Survived 10 minutes+ - "The Third Way" starts playing at 15:00 (the full force rock song comes in)
Cops searching for you (Stretch level) - the wacky 40:00 starts playing (with really fast trumpets and sh*t, except it's a little quieter like it is with wanted level now)
Cops searching for you (Third Way level) - the waiting theme at 6:10 plays (with quiet themes and a high top easily hearable)

I used the theme music ripped from game files that is posted on YT to find the good parts (so if you don't know what I meant, listen to the song at the points I listed. I'm going to hyperlink every time reference to the video it's corresponding with)

P.S. IMO the settings for "The Third Way" music work really well in general (for land, air or sea)
