I can get in the Desing Your Own Mission mode but when I make a player/actor/pickup with a Weapon it crashes, I tried many times , and I tried restarting my computer (like thats gonna help)

So any advise I had DYOM and know how to function but I got rid of the game I got it again...

Re-install the game into another location, make you sure you're having Cleo 4.

I have putten the Cleo things and DYOM things in both folders where my GTA SA is located and User Files, does that make it crash, before I jump beforehand

DYOM functions the best with GTA SA.exe version 1.0. and Cleo 4. Also clean game without any additional mods helps the stability.

Crashes happen. However if it crashes constantly, conflicts with the mod exist.

its constantly crashing, when I give someone a weapon it crashes, I think it didnt crash when I gave someone a club I think

In that case, you have to do what Aflien had said. Get the 1.0 US version of San Andreas, if you already don't have it.
