There something wrong with your game....That menas the limit of your game have been reached or the game cant handle the process......If you have recently used some scripts or mods...then try to remove the mod which is causing the game to this stage.....

Your game probably failed to read a plain-text file. You should describe what you had done to your game and the version of your game.

Yeah that just started happening to me! except nearly as soon as I press on Vice City.Exe it loads the blue windows 10 ring next to the cursor and then that message appears and the game does not start! Please help!
