Apparently they do occasionally. It has been proven as they have used ideas from Quinn's clothing thread. They also have an account here too, simply called RockstarGames and appear yellow/gold in the list of members currently browsing the forum.

Also, I don't see why this was posted in the Creator section.

Well there's the wishlist thread which is a car-porn-clusterf*ck of a jumble sale and then there's the DLC Speculation thread which is basically the wishlist thread verison 2.

A suggestion thread would just become another mire of nonsense.

The closest we have is Stronktank's Creator wishlist thread but it's woefully out of date. This one by Zorvaine at GCCC is built off the back of Stronktank's list and is pretty comprehensive and much more up to date

No disrespect but those list's are ridiculous and way over the top. They need simplifying with the more prominent points getting higher priority. What i mean is focus on the aspects that are more important and you would like fixed first.

Who wants to look at long lists with the same issues over and over again? It's not logical to keep pumping these through Rockstars mailbox when this is a game where we as fans don't even pay for DLC or even the need of shark cards if you play regularly on a daily/weekly basis.

Problem with GCCC is they are the first to abuse creator if given the opportunity yet the first to scream and shout when things don't get fixed.

C'mon you can lie to your Mum, your pet rabbit, you can even lie to your socks but you can't lie to yourself.

Yeah there's a lot of wishlist type stuff in there but it's a full and comprehensive list - which is what we need. Something that details every aspect of the creator that needs fixing/adding/tweaking etc.

And then absolutely like you say - "focus on the aspects that are more important and you would like fixed first".

From that long list we can cherry pick the more realistic options, the "prominent points" as you say, and then bombard R* with those.

TBH I don't hold out much hope of a Creator update with RDR looming on the horizon but a man can dream!! :)

Hey its nothing personal towards GCCC or those members i said my PEACE the other day i just care about the game ultimately everything else comes second to that. Just want them to realise their downfalls and for them to be honest with themselves. Its what you guys do from this point onwards that defines you all as a crew, not sh*t that lurks in the past :)

I agree you guys should cherry pick the finer things and move forward. You are never going to get all them changes implemented sadly :( even as much as i'd like! so i think its very important to focus on the more current and relevant needs.

Sleepwalk is that spawn issue still there in deathmatches? i don't know as I'm away atm but it's something i want sorted if I'm ever to create deathmatches again and ill be pressing the issue if it is.

Rockstar should implement a change where we can still have close proximity spawns or just place them whilst still implementing the change of NOT BEING allowed in restricted areas. If Rockstar are so worried about RESTRICTED AREAS as they clearly seem to be why cant we all just meet half way on this :) Problem solved!

It's hard to get! and the are outdated.

I dont mean a suggestion thread, i mean a suggestion sub forum. Whit topic that you can vote on.

I think we should have a suggestion forum! That you can write your suggestion and have a poll! And can sort the topic by most votes!

So if rockstar want to look at suggestions that can sort by most popular and most votes.

Moved to Site Suggestions.

Anyway, if you want to send suggestions Rockstar's way, then send a ticket under Suggestion/Feedback/Feature Request. Apart from that, the various wishlist threads are fine - Rockstar don't use this as a hub for suggestions, it's hard to say if what people post here have much influence on their decisions at all compared to the combined audience spread across various channels. If people have a thorough suggestion then they can already make a separate thread for it, provided it's got enough effort put in (e.g. Quinn's female clothing thread or Hunter's helicopter thread), but aside from that I don't really see a need to have a subforum for all the little things that the wishlist threads contain already.

Did anyone ever find out more about that guy? Think it was last year he popped up, wasn't it? Was he just a mod or a prank or something?

Rockstar Toronto is what you're thinking about and that is a legitimate Rockstar account, used for support during the release of IV PC. Also, there's a very high chance that they already read suggestion threads around here, there's no need for a dedicated forum. That said, they'll probably give more attention to those sent to their website.
