Skygfx has real-time reflections with the "Neo" settings.

Still, you can't apply bumpmapped raindrops with that.

Added another Rain Variant for the final SA version. Looks more like Need For Speed, sadly GTA SA cannot handle images larger than 4096px and crashes if imported, same for IV but it won't crash the game but just loads the LOD instead of the actual texture, so I can't go higher than that in SA and IV, but for V, I'll be using 8K and 12K textures as well, maybe higher if the game supports.

So far a couple of changes have been made for the final version. New Rain splash effect, Original SA dirt effect, the current one is too much, a couple of new more plugin additions, fire effects have been replaced with the ones from remastered effects, adjustments is all that needs to be done now for the fire. Also, a couple of more changes are done that I'll just announce when it's out.

Fire is going well, only a couple of texture issues and it's fixed.

Yes, it does and it will. As far as I can tell, This mod supports almost any other mod that requires a texture in either particle.txd or EffectsPC.txd, IMFX included with it's custom textures.

- Added GTA IV car fire as a plugin
- Added Vehicle Textures as a plugin
- Added a Need For Speed style water drops variant (Paintjob only)
- New fountain effect
- New fire effect
- New waterfall effect
- New rain splash effect
- New water splash effect
- New snow effect
- Reverted the sand effect to SA's Original
- Fixed grey blood cloud bug
- Fixed grass textures bug
 
Like I said, that'll be the final release for SA, I'll continue this project in Rage Engine.

I just did make a final version for SA, then released it, Sherlock. Like I said, Gta IV  and V will get this project too. And sure, you can edit everything you want but if you plan on releasing it, make sure to give proper credits like I stated in the Readme file.

Everyone can do whatever they want with Project Overhaul, but by giving proper credits.


Also here is a preview of vehicle dent texture, looks real enough to me.

you can create a 8k texture txd using old version of magictxd.
