and by the way, there was a pole(?) at Luigi's Club. (I guess it's a pole...)
 

 

Most likely a bug. Why would they put a random half finished pole in the middle of the alley entrance?

Not random, it was most likely preventing cars to get inside.

Not random, it was most likely preventing cars to get inside.

I was thinking the same thing.

Thinking of it, the cutscenes might look a bit funny having a vehicle there.

We will look at that gameplay clip and see if we can make something identical to that pole and place it there. 

 

 

 

edit: By the way everyone, 

 

if you really want to get a real experience of the mod, please turn on trails and lower the brightness bar half way. It will give the game a darker look to it.

Hi all, 

 

sorry for being quite. Dan and I are taking a small break, holiday weekend. We will resume on development soon. But, development won't be on this mod. We have something planned and we are announcing it as I post this comment. It's posted on our main website (gta3beta.boards-directory.com). We've been working on it since earlier this week, before releasing update 1.1. We're open for suggestions for update 1.5 which will be a big update. The other project we're working on is quick. So, it won't take up much time. Hope all have a wonderful holiday season!

Hope you all are having a great holiday season. As development of this mod is on pause due to working on a update for another mod, we are still open for suggestions and have big plans for the next update of this mod. What would you like to see in the next update?

But Please Do Not Trash this topic already plz... :(

 

We'will soon Fix every bug in the mod.but now we currently focusing on a smaller side quest right now.(Check the Old Beta forums)

Hi all, 

 

Sorry for the lack of comments. We're totally studying for and working on the next update. There's lots of new info we've found and some info from members here in the gtaforums and our main site. We got lots of ideas that we want to implement into the mod which we will do our best to add them and keep you updated about it. We'd recently had a chat with Hero, he gave us permission to use his E3 timecyc. Thanks, Hero! We're always looking for extra help and, of course, open for more suggestions. More info about the next update will discussed soon.

January 13th, 2017 update

 

 

    Hi all, 

   

      We're back once again to give you an update about the mod. We're announcing today that Grand Theft Auto III: Beta Version Mod 2.0 is now under full development. Since we've done a replica of the e3 demo of gta 3 with our first release, we want to go back a bit further. Grand Theft Auto III: Beta Version Mod 2.0 will focus on an earlier build of gta 3 during April & May 2001. Which means the mod will feature things that were in GTA 3 before the E3 demo. We are studying very hard to make things accurate and, of course, seeing what can we add to the new update. The update is still in early development, so we cannot share much more info at this time. But rest assure, we're doing our best and working hard. We're open for suggestions and extra help. Thank you all for your ongoing support.

January 17, 2017 update

 

 

      Hi all, 
     
       As development of Grand Theft Auto III: Beta Version Mod 2.0 is underway, Dan got a change to make a comparison video of the old timecyc we used in version 1.0 (made by filips) and the new version 2.0 timecyc (made by Hero). Hero's timecyc is much more accurate than filips and we thank Hero for contributing to the mod. Check out the video below.

Did you patch your game to version 1.1 before installing?
