So we can consider this patch to have better performance than 1.0.4.0.? In my PC it did a miracle *.*

Well, I thing I've got a problem. When I install some vehicle mods for police and police 2, taxi bug appear. It would be reasonable, if it wasn't because I installed vanilla non els mods... any clue?

I assume it's because of the file size of the vehicle mods. Get one of NTAuthority's fixes like RIL Budgeted or Taxi Fix or whatever it was called.

If you're using IV 1.0.8.0 or EfLC 1.1.3.0, use ThirteenAG's fork.

This was a weird one. Some people claim they're getting way more FPS than before and some claim it's lagging a lot. Mine runs a bit smoother, but I'm sticking with .7.0 because of mods.

Is the Vanilla IV patch cummulative for the 6th upgrade? Same question for EFLC v1.1.0.0.

I mean list of fixes that still need to be applied. Did someone fixed zooming in cutscenes ?

So, not sure if this is the right place, but will it eventually possible get HD Mod of 1.0.8.0, and still play multiplayer? I personally can't stand the graphics in GTA 4, or at least the shading colour. I don't mind Vice City, Sand Andreas or even 3, but 4 looks kinda... too green grey and brown. To a point where I don't even want to play it that much without mods. I still prefer GTA 4 over 5, for story, rag doll physics, combat, and maybe even car physics, So I reaaaally want ENB or Icenhancer to work with current update. Will this ever happen? I don't wanna downgrade and lose the option to multiplayer.

I think only trainers and some edit dat data puts you in modded lobbies. And don't worry about getting banned. It's over GFWL so nothing bad can't really happen

Looks like some existing commands' behavior is altered too, e.g. -availablevidmem 500 = 500 MB total Resource Usage. Not sure how to use -memrestrict properly now, old method doesn't work anymore - results in huge stuttering and hangs after some time of playing, resulting number is too large I guess..

I recently learned while experimenting with a friend, that mod checks for all types of mods (.asi, .dll, data files, etc...) are removed (or no longer function) on versions 1080 and 1130.

I havent read all the posts in this thread, but im using 1.0.8.0 and the cutscenes are zoomed in, is there a way to fix this? I have been lurking on the web none of the stuff I found was helpful.
