I would reduce the shadows around the eyes if I were you because they all look like either ghosts or heroin addicts but other than that, it's great!

So the city is just a redesigned version of III's Liberty City? At least as far as the districts go and some landmarks like the waterfront promenade and diner.

Also I hope this Left 4 Dead bed gets replaced in the final version with something more fitting imo

Don't mean to be harsh, this is a very ambitious and interesting mod but some of the vehicles aren't exactly that appealing. It's somewhat hard to say that when you are trying to achieve a certain artstyle but in my honest opinion it's a bit strange to see such realistic humans and buildings in the background while these strange looking vehicles are clearly very cartoonish in comparison. If you were to tone down the abstract and strange proportions on some of the vehicles they'd come out much nicer.

Perhaps look at some vehicles from the first two Saints Row games. The vehicle artists and modelers at Volition were able to pull off some cartoonish elements yet they stayed pretty realistic with their vehicles. Your rendition of the Sabre however, I totally admire for having elements from an early 70's AMC Matador. Not exactly the first thing I see being made for any game, in general.
Also this is supposed to take place in America, correct? Don't know why but the "Renegade" taxi and police variants strangely reminds me of an older Russian car, rather than something I'd be seeing in a fleet of any kind in the United States. :p

Right, i aiming made remake of III's liberty, just like Tiki Island(map is done, but i can get it at this time), but with some things from carcer city (abozed houses, subway is destroyed by terrorist, so only upper subway is working.

Yeah, my friend Onyx send me furniture models from GTAV, so i thinking about use they.

When i'm started make a cars, a aiming at Onepices HD Tri-pack style, but after some time, i'm stared use blue-print, so it made car less cartoonish, but they still unrealistcs, by the way, i can't call Tri-pack realistics too, but it give some unique style for a mod, i mean, if i made car looks realistics like IV or V, many people will start thinking i just convert those car from IV or V, so this is'nt good. Renegade will redisgned to Ford Crown Victoria or someting simillar;)

Proportions could be a bit more realistic, though. That isn't an excuse for people to say that they are from IV/V (if they would even do that anyway).

Personally I liked the stylized 8bit style of the old version. How ever some things were a bit over saturated...
