For me the problem was that the animations just weren't smooth enough in GTA V. Driving in first person was fine enough but anything on foot felt like watching a bad found footage movie. I pretty much only ever use it if I wanna take a screenshot without my guy in it.

I would definitely like the option to use first person view in RDR2.

Especially for screenshots

Yeah, but I hope that we'll get a proper photo mode this time. Like the one in Uncharted or Horizon: Zero Dawn.

...I will very carefully explain to you why it cannot be.

Pretty sure we'll have the Rockstar Editor in it, also probably the reason they called it the Rockstar editor. ;)

How do they have more power in FP?  If anything TP has more of an advantage.

if you switch to the 1st person camera while aiming with any sniper, you'll strafe faster than usual.

Anyways, i voted no because i want them to focus on more important stuff...

If they bring it back I hope it's exclusive to SP. Annoying as hell trying to get into a quick deathmatch in GTA Online but the dumbass host locks it in first person.

I think it would be cool. You know, with options to play, more immersive could be the gameplay.

After it being implemented in V, I think it's a given that it'll be featured in RDR2 too.

Depending on how its done this and a Creator option could make or break the game!
